SUBSTANCE: 1000 dal of desired product contains 1500-2500 l fruit juice of mountain cranberry, 700-900 l of alcoholized apple juice, 10-20 l of chufa infusion (or chufa oil 1:10), 4-6 l of vanilla, 200-2200 l of 65.8 sugar syrup, 23-25 kg of citric acid, 0.9-1.2 kg of mountain cranberry leaves, 1-2.5 kg of Origanum, 0.9-1.2 kg of linden flowers, 1-2.5 kg of balm, 0.9-1.2 kg of caraway and aqueous-alcohol liquid the rest. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
