FIELD: metallurgy; methods of the diffusion zinc-aluminizing of the metallic materials in the fluidized layers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the chemical heat treatment and may be used in various branches of industry to rise the corrosion resistance of the metallic materials. The method includes heating and saturation of the powdery mixture containing the following components (in mass %): Zinc - 0.1-28, aluminum - 0.01-32, cuprous oxide - 0.01-0.5, zinc fluoride - 0.01-1, aluminum chloride - 0.01-1, titanium - 0.01-0.1 and corundum - 37.4-99.85. Heating and saturation of the metallic materials conduct in the aerosphere of ammonia in the powdery mixture. During the heating at temperatures of the powdery mixture of 200-250°C exercise the first seasoning within 5-20 minutes, the second seasoning is conducted at the temperatures of 280-320°C within 30-60 minutes. Then prolong the heating up to the saturation temperatures 350-1000°C and conduct saturation. Before cooling the gaseous products pump off from the working space and cool the materials together with the mixture. The technical result of the invention is the rise of corrosion resistance of the coating at the intensification of the process of saturation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the rise of corrosion resistance of the coating at the intensification of the process of saturation.
