The levers are jointly mounted on rod of power cylinder with displacement of articulation joint assemblies from its axis. The levers are connected with body of power cylinder through articulation-joint links. Length values of the levers and the links are selected proportionally with displacement value of the above mentioned joint assembly of each lever from axis of the cylinder.
