FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: liquid reaction mixture of 20-200 cP in viscous is sprayed as a film and/or as drops the majority of which have the bulk diameter of 100-500 micro meters. The film is made up as a cone, the cone angle being equal to 5-80° and the height of the cone being equal to 0.5-20 cm. To provide 0.5-2.0 mm thickness of the coating the flow rate of the reaction mixture shall be equal to 5-100 g/s. The device has hopper-like space which goes into the outlet opening of the injector constructed as a cylindric passageway of 0.1-5 mm in length. A means for screwing or swirling the flow is arranged downstream of the mixing chamber and made up as a core having trancated cone part arranged at the inlet of the hopper-like space and having grooves made in the trancated cone part. The grooves communicate the hopper-like space with the receiving chamber defined between the hopper-like chamber and the mixing chamber. EFFECT: improved quality of the coating. 17 cl, 19 dwg
