FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of charging pig aluminium in a melting furnace, feeding the metal, had been melt and heated up to 720 C, at first by ejection and then by action of an electromagnetic field to a jet and dispersing it at output of a nozzle by compressed gas; providing an efficiency of the process, equal to 990 kg/hour and yeilding of a fraction 50 micrometers, equal to 89% determining a flowrate of the gas at dispersing with use of a formula Qg>Qo(1+N), where Qg-gas flowrate at dispersing the melt by action of the electromagnetic field (m3/h); Qo-gas flowrate at dispersing the melt without action of the electromagnetic field, (m3/h); N nominal phase current of an inductor, quota of nominal value.
