FIELD: formation of composite materials. SUBSTANCE: conductive and insulating layers are laid in turn. Insulating layers are manufactured from glass cloth which is impregnated with polymer binder. Conductive layers are formed from carbon material in which capacity both fibre and textile tape are used. Carbon material is laid between insulating layers or is laid spirally over insulating layer and they are interconnected in parallel. Formed composite material is treated thermally.
