FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in soaking grain in 0.8 to 0.12 percent solution of sodium hydroxide during 11 to 13 h, conducting soaking process in two phases, wet and dry, each lasting 1 to 2 min, allowing grain to germinate in darkness at temperature of 19 to 21 C during 96 to 120 h with continuously stirring stock and daily rewetting it one time a day by sprinkling water during 1 h.
