FIELD: production of alcohol. SUBSTANCE: grains are ground, fractionated in peel and endosperm, each fraction being mixed with water. Fraction which contains peel is heated within 1-1.5 h to 150-160 C, then it is cooled to 60 C and cellulolytic and amylolytic ferments are added into it. The latter process is carried out within 3-4 h to hydrolyze starch, cellulose and other hydrocarbons. Endosperm being mixed with water is treated within 65-75 C by water and by heat. The process is followed by adding amylolytic ferments to hydrolyze starch and by sterilization at 85-95 C. Said fraction is allowed to stand at this temperature within 35-45 min. Hydrolyzed endosperm is mixed with peel, then additional hydrolysis by amylolytic ferments is carried out, endosperm and peel being hydrolyzed together as mixture, or endosperm and peel being hydrolyzed separately and then being mixed. Product of base fermentative hydrolysis is separated in solid and liquid portion. The former is used as fodder product being mixed with distillery grains; the latter is removed for heat treatment and fermentative hydrolysis of endosperm. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 cl
