FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: grain is shelled, ground, mixed with liquid fraction, heat treated, and amylolytic enzymes are added to perform enzymatic hydrolysis of starch, after which reaction mixture is sterilized and cooled. Enzyme complex is then added, mixture is saccharified and cooled to fermentation temperature. Resulting mash is distilled to give ethanol and distillery dreg. A part of the latter is divided into two streams, one of which is recycled into shelled grain heat-treatment stage where, mixed with water, it is used as liquid phase when. The other stream is directed to fermentation stage where it is fed into each fermenter by separate streams 15-16 hr after beginning of fermentation in amount 15-20% of the volume of mass being fermented. Remaining stream of distillery dreg is withdrawn from the process in mixture with separated husk to be further utilized as feed product. EFFECT: reduced power and process water consumption. 2 ex
