FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: supporting arrangement uses a telescopic post, band-shaped plates of arced section, band-shaped plates feeding mechanism and drive. The supporting arrangement is extended or retracted by unreeling or reeling-up of band-shaped plates. The latters are supported with the aid of guide slots formed in partitions installed in the sections of the supporting arrangement. The material, diameter, thickness of each section and the area of sections joint are selected with due account made for the side load, which makes it possible to neglect the effect of the side load on the band-shaped plates.
