SUBSTANCE: buffer element having assemblage of holes enabling blasting signal to be passed is inserted by input butt of case of pellet with pyrotechnical compound to transmit blasting signal It is produced inert to changes of transmitting signal, resistant to burning-through and not reacting chemically with pyrotechnical compound.
