FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivation of yeast Candida genus on the nutrient medium containing necessary nutrition sources and additional carbon source enzymic lysate or hydrolysate of wheat or rye bran. The main source of carbon: n-paraffins at the ratio paraffin enzymic lysate (1:25)-(1:45) or paraffin hydrolysate (1:25)-(1:40). Enzymic lysate of bran is prepared by action of hydrolytic enzymes on bran, and hydrolysate at stirring bran suspension at 70-75 C, pH 5-6 for 2-2.5 h. Prepared enzymic lysates or hydrolysate were added at the growing stage as clarified fraction after centrifugation. Residual fraction of concentrate is used for food addition preparing and combined with biomass flow before drying. EFFECT: improved method of biomass preparing. 5 cl, 1 tbl
