FIELD: optical instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: method concludes in registering total image of light radiation source, then path-length difference is changes among light subbeams of the system till maximal values of energy measured are achieved. Registered total image is subjected to radiographic test by coherent radiation beam. Translucent radiation is focused and intensity distribution of the radiation is registered. Regions are selected in the spectral range which correspond to different pairs of subbeams. Values of energy of the radiation are measured at the regions selected, and relative path-length differences are changed till achieving maximal values of energy to be measured.
