FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting multiaxial (having not less than three axes) acceleration pickup with intersecting sensitivity axes on the stomach of a pregnant woman. Pickup signals are recorded during a predefined time period, for instance, 15 min. The signals are vector values having various coordinates and amplitudes when projected on the plane running in perpendicular to the pickup symmetry axis. Units of the device transform signals of each vector into the coordinates in the plane of the imaging unit and the value of their amplitude is transformed into the image of the circle around these points, its diameter being commensurable with numeric value of the amplitude. The device has units to make adjustments for pregnancy terminus and the number of feti. Plane image of vectors is superimposed over the scaled image of a fetus. The resulting image is divided into parts: the upper one and the lower one to make conclusions on whether there are disorders in fetus development and the degree of their severity depending on the relative sizes. The method is useable to classify degrees of disorders in fetus development.
