SUBSTANCE: product has hydrochloride hydrolysate of mussel meat (melanoid content is above 8 wt.-% of dry matter quantity) and ascorbic acid at concentration 0.25-0.6 wt.-% Ascorbic acid enhances radioprotective activity of product. Product properties: pH 5.0-5.6; content of dry matters is 28-33 wt.-% content of total nitrogen is 1.7-2.5 wt.-% content of amine nitrogen is 0.85-1.2 wt.-% Product can be used as a preparation for medicinal-prophylaxis aims in nutrition diet.
