SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing sea buckthorn oil cake moisture content to 5-7% grinding till the particle size is 10-15 mcm, and, as required, stirring concurrently with vibration sieving for removal of coarse particles and seed residues. The resulting powder, when added to products, enhances their moisture retaining ability. EFFECT: higher product quality.
