FIELD: casting. SUBSTANCE: pressure die-casting machine has a piston and a rod with tailed disk located between their ends. Coolant is fed to the unit through pipeline, hollow tail and inclined passages in the disk to the front end of the piston, then it enters annular gap between the piston and rod and then through turnings and windows to the rod.
