FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical production and is suitable as an element of tooling for producing non-ferrous castings on injection molding machines. The piston assembly of the injection molding machine contains a piston and a rod with a longitudinal channel and transverse windows open into it and its bottom, connected through a disk placed without gaps between the end of the rod and the bottom of the piston cavity and connected by a threaded surface of the middle cavity inseparably with the same outer surface of the hollow shank of the rod. The pipeline is installed in the mentioned channel and the shank with a lateral gap and is fixed permanently by the front end with the surface of the front cavity of the disk. The rear annular gap of the assembly is formed by the surfaces of the piston, rod and disk with a sealing element, and the front annular gap by the disk and the piston in a zone free from the connection of their threads to each other, while the front end of the disk with a chamfer rests against the bottom of the piston, on the chamfer, the beginnings of transverse inclined windows are located, open with the ends into its front cavity of the disk. In its rear part, rear transverse windows are made, open with the outer edges into the rear annular gap, and with the inner edges into the annular or inclined annular gaps between the front end of the rod and the bottom or truncated conical bottom of the rear cavity of the disk connected through the transverse windows of the shank with the lateral gap of the assembly. The disk is located with the rear annular part in the annular cavity of the rod formed at its front end, and the end of this part rests against the bottom.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the assermbly.
