SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-% synthetic latex 87.5-97.5; caprolactam or hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile or their mixture 0.5-10; hydroxyethylated alkylphenol 0.2-1.5, and water the rest. Toxicity of composition corresponds the 2-d class, coating hardness is up to 0.87 conventional unit (by glass number), effect of "rubbling out" and "scratching" is absent.
