SUBSTANCE: composition for protection of building structures comprises as phosphate paste 37-50% phosphate- nitrate-borate, as latex 50% butadiene-styrene carboxylated or butadiene nitrile or butadiene-nitril carboxylated or butadiene-styrene-nitrile carboxylated or butadiene methacryl carboxylated or butadien- methyacrylnitrile carboxylated or acrylic copolymeric or vinylidene chloride latex; 0.2-1.5% neonol based on propylene trimers, and the water balance. Use of phosphate-nitrate-borate paste in combination with latex and neonol makes it possible to obtain low-toxic composition having high viability and protective properties in atmosphere of higher moisture content, and also in water.
