SUBSTANCE: juice or wine material is mixed with a sorbent to form suspension, which is entered into centrifugal force field to achieve film-mode flux, whereupon ultrasonic oscillations are generated in suspension for coagulation and sedimentation of slurry. Suspension film is simultaneously sterilized by way of bubbling into film of supersonic steam stream fed preferably in pulsing mode followed by separation of phases.
