SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing aluminum wire into intermediate ladle in the process of vacuumization of metal in vacuum chamber along longitudinal axis of ladle at two points in symmetry with respect to branch pipe axis at a distance from branch pipe axis set in accordance with dependence of L= K/d2W, where d is wire diameter, mm; w is wire feed speed, m/min; K is empirically determined coefficient equal to 500000-1000000 m·mm3/min, with weight of metal passed through branch pipe being taken into account.
