FIELD: metallurgy; metal continuous casting under conditions of in-process degassing. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of liquid metal from casting ladle into vacuum chamber with drain nozzle in its bottom, provision of required residual pressure, metal degassing in vacuum chamber, supply of metal to tundish and further on, through tundish nozzles to two molds. Introduced into tundish are aluminum wires along longitudinal axis of tundish to two points symmetrically to drain nozzle. In course of metal degassing, each aluminum wire is moved uniformly by reciprocating along longitudinal axis of tundish through length equalling 0.4-0.8 distance between axes of respective tundish nozzle and drain nozzle with rate within 1-10 cycles per minute.
