FIELD: shipbuilding; propulsors utilizing sea wave energy. SUBSTANCE: wave propulsor has control wing 1 and controllable wings 3, 4 and 5 articulated with hollow horizontal shaft 2 and profiled uprights secured on this shaft. Shaft is articulated with ship's hull by means of brackets. At sea swell, profiled uprights setting in feathering position turn shaft 2 orienting the stocks of wings to perpendicular relative to incoming flow and control wing 1 setting in feathering position relative to flow by means of kinematic linkage located inside shaft 2 turns wings 3, 4 and through programmed angle of attack, thus ensuring formation of hydrodynamic lift force whose horizontal component is wave thrust moving the ship.
