FIELD: affine ligands. SUBSTANCE: solution of chitosan salt is mixed with organic or mineral acid at pH 6.0-7.5 and then mixed with sodium dextran sulfate solution. Solvent water or 2-6 M aqueous urea solution. Mixture is kept up to pH 7.5-9.0. Molar ratio of chitosan salt and dextran sulfate is 1: (2-12), ratio of molecular mass of chitosan salt and sodium dextran sulfate is at the range 0.02-0.4. Product is used for binding atherogenic lipoproteins from blood and can be used in medicine. EFFECT: improved method of complex preparing. 1 tbl
