FIELD: food industry, liqueurs and vodka production. SUBSTANCE: during liqueur and vodka products clarification by blends filtration, taking into account their filtering capability, the latter is determined by carrying out test filtration with following determination of distribution of loading on filtering surfaces, that is fixed during transfer of ratio R=f(Q) into nonlinear form, that is stipulated by limit of processing capability of used filtering members. For each filtering member with corresponding micropores sizes maximum given value of pressure difference is set, to which special definite value of blend is corresponding. Number of filtering cascades, micropores sizes and number of filtering members in each cascade are determined depending upon results of tests.
