FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aromatizer "Lemon" is separated into two equal parts one of which is blended with sugar syrup and aqueous-alcohol liquid up to 40-% proof, while the other, is cooled up to temperature for 3-4 C lower than ambient one and aged for 30-40 min; then it is introduced into ready blending after cleaning it with activated carbon. Blending is filtered and filled, and ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal: sugar, 19-21 kg; aromatizer "Lemon", 15-17 l; aqueous-alcohol liquid, the balance. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
