FIELD: food industry, alcoholic beverage production. SUBSTANCE: process water is mixed with alcohol. Then primary sorting is filtered on a two-stage filter with a 3-micron mesh of the unloading stage and a 6-micron mesh of main filtering stage to ensure constant speed of grading flow during subsequent treatment with active carbon. The final filtering is carried out on microfilters with a negative electrokinetic potential and a filtering mesh of 0.45 micron. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
