FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing cranberry fruit juices of the first and the second pouring off, the first one is separated for two equal parts one of which is mixed with fruit juice of the second pouring off, sugar syrup and citric acid; other part of blend is kept at temperature 6-8 C below the parent one and added to ready blend. The latter is kept at the same temperature and fed to pouring. EFFECT: improved method of beverage making.
