FIELD: manufacture of composite materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing fibrous reinforcing warp in the form of interwoven filament-type crystals with rigid three-dimensional nonwoven reinforcing structure. Filament-type crystals are formed by the action of ultrasonic plasma stream of vapors of evaporated substance flowing from electric arc vapor generator with Reynolds number of ReL≲ 1. Warp obtained is treated in glow discharge plasma to impart rigidity to fibrous structure. As a result reinforcing warp in the form of interwoven filament crystals is produced and rigidity is imparted to three-dimensional nonwoven reinforcing structure in one step.
