FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: joining member is mounted in the space between mutually facing, axially alined shafts 1 and 2. The joining members are made up as plate 3. The shaped ends of the plate are received in answered grooves made in the face sides of shafts 1 and 2. The grooves are defined by arcs of the circumference of diameter equal to the length of the joining member. Locking member 4 is made up as a plate, received in ports of the joining member, and coupled with the plate by way of axle 5. The shaped ends of locking member 4 are received in answered grooves of shafts 1 and 2 and defined by arcs of the circumference of diameter equal to the length of the locking member. Locking member 4 is positioned in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the joining member. Inserts 6 secured to the shaped ends of locking member 4 provide shifting of the center of gravity with respect to the longitudinal axis. In operation, the locking member holds the joining member and in grooves of shaft 1 and 2. Unbalanced centrifugal forces created by inserts 6 hold the locking member in the grooves of the shafts. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
