FIELD: biological and food industry branches. SUBSTANCE: method is based on preparing sowing culture and nutrient medium, their loading into the head fermenter of battery consisting of n fermenters, preparing fermentation medium and its sequence transferring from i-fermenter to (i + 1)-th. (i + k)-th fermenter (2 ≅ k ≅ n). Cell development in fermenter is intensified by medium feed switching from i-th on (i + 1)-th fermenter. Cultural medium is matured in j-fermenter (j + n), by detachment of medium feed at n-th fermenter filling with medium and its transfer from n-th fermenter to the first battery fermenter with preliminary removal of matured culture. Then microorganism cultivation cycle is repeated. From every i-th fermenter of battery matured cultural fluid is removed and fermenter is sterilized up to (i + 1)-th fermenter filling.
