Hydrogen peroxide formation is detected due to enzymatic overstress relieving. The active member has composite carbonic material and peroxidase and oxidase coimmobilized on the electrode surface catalyzing oxidation of substratum to be analyzed accompanied by hydrogen peroxide formation in 1:5-5:1 proportion.
