SUBSTANCE: device has emitter connected to ultrasonic oscillation source to transfer and amplify mechanical oscillations of ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic probe having flexible linear transmitting unit having working member to form mechanical oscillation of ultrasonic frequency, emitter casing at least one part of which is made of flexible material and flexible tube, having one internal opening or at least two internal openings, and one discharge tube or at least two discharge tubes communicating with internal opening(s) and connected to the emitter casing by means of a discharge tube. Ultrasonic probe is in an internal opening communicating with the last discharge tube. Sucking device, sucking- off system and rigidity injector are connected with a discharge tube.
