SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be applied for suction, fragmentation and extraction of removable material from cavities, in particular of thrombi and embolism from blood vessels of human. Catheter is made with placed on its distal end work head. Head has possibility to axial moving by mandrin independently from it and has one (or more) side openings. Catheter has movable flexible worm screw and flexible hose. Screw is set in motion by remote from work head driving mechanism of driving device. Flexible hose surrounds worm screw and connects with work head for withdrawal of separated thrombi and embolism fragments. Worm screw together with opening of work head forms operating cutting instrument. Cutting instrument milts separated thrombi and embolisms between peripheral edges of worm screw and opening edges.
EFFECT: suction, fragmentation and extracting of removable material from blood vessels.
