FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly surgery. A system comprises a shredding catheter (3), an enclosing catheter (4) each of which has a proximal (3a, 4a) and distal (3b, 4b) ends. The enclosing catheter (4) is connected by its distal end (4b) to a radial deformable funnel end piece (5). The shredding catheter (3) comprises a working head (6) and a flexible sleeve (7) attached thereto. The working head (6) of the shredding catheter (3) has a sleeve-like stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38) and a rotor (9, 39), which is integrated therein in the middle and rotates about the stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38). An output hole (8a, 14a, 17a, 21a, 38a) is formed along the circumference of the above stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38). The rotor (9, 39) is connected to an actuator screw (10, 40) or represents a single piece. A side input hole (8a, 14a, 17a, 21a, 38a) in the stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38) is formed as at least two round holes (15, 16; 18, 19; 22, 23; 42, 43, 44) axially following each other in relation to a long axis of the shredding catheter (3). The shredding catheter comprises the working head (6) and the flexible sleeve (7) attached thereto The working head (6) of the shredding catheter (3) has the sleeve-like stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38) and a rotor (9). The side input hole (8a, 14a, 17a, 21a, 38a) is formed along the circumference of the above stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38); the above rotor (9, 39) is connected to the actuator screw (10, 40) or represents a single piece. The side input hole (8a, 14a, 17a, 21a, 38a) in the stator (8, 14, 17, 21, 25, 27, 38) is formed as at least two round holes (15, 16; 18, 19; 22, 23; 42, 43, 44) axially following each other in relation to the long axis of the shredding catheter. In the middle of the holes (18, 19, 22, 23, 29), there is a slot (20, 24, 30), extending axially. The above system is used to implement the method.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables the fast and reliable thrombus retrieval from blood vessels, the incision and removal of solid material from hollow organs, the prevention of distribution thereof by using the side input at the enclosing catheter.
