FIELD: biological raw processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling parental raw with electrolyte, separating into layers extract for phases, their separation and extraction of the end product. At crustacean processing chitin-containing precipitate is separated from extract followed by its drying in concentrated formic acid and dissolving in anhydrous formic acid. Solution is filtered, filtrate is mixed with water and demineralized chitin precipitate is isolated. At crustacean processing extract is separated for three phases after boiling and at plant, algae and bacteria processing - for two phases. Astaxanthine and related carotinoids were extracted from the phase with the maximal density and astaxanthine esters as oily product from the phase of minimal density. After neutralization of phases with acid proteins were extracted from the phase with intermediate density after its neutralization, fluoride ions and heavy metal impurities removal.
