FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes processing wastes of a crustacean recycling with ethyl alcohol solution with simultaneous exposure to ultrasound. After that, karatinoid-lipid complex is separated by centrifuge. Obtained solid residue is subjected to autofermentative deproteination in water mesium with addition of papain. Protein hydrolysate is separated by centrifuge. Obtained solid chitin-containing sediment is washed, inhibited, decontaminated, bleached, deodorised, washed with water, draned by centrifuge, with deproteination and contamination being performed with simultaneous exposure to ultrasound. After that, it is washed with water to decoloration, drained by centrifuge, demineralised with solution of hydrochloric acid under SHF heating, deacetylated with sodium carbonate solution, washed with water to decoloration, drained by centrifuge and dried.

EFFECT: utilisation of wastes of Gammarus lacustris processing.
