FIELD: petroleum chemistry. SUBSTANCE: demineralized and dewatered oil or gas-condensate is mixed with organic oxygen-containing solvent with boiling point of 56-83 C taken in the amount of 2.0-20.0 vol. and contacted in hydrogen medium with aluminium-nickel or aluminium-cobalt-molybdenum catalyst having pore volume of, at least, 0,45 cm3/g with pore radius mainly of 80-100 characterized by strength index of, at least, 1.1 kgf/mm. Process is conducted at temperature of 300-450 C, pressure of 35.0-45.0 gage atm. Obtained product is fractionated. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
