FIELD: high-vacuum systems. SUBSTANCE: vacuum slide valve has body, within which locking unit is positioned. Locking unit has supporting disk and locking plate, which are interconnected through flexible guides and provided with a pair of levers positioned in symmetry between guides. Levers are provided with sealing mechanisms. Kinematic connection between supporting disk and drive has flexible members, each positioned between supporting disk and associated lever. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
