FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has radiating head with gamma radiation source, remote control desk, flexible ampule conductor and collimators. The radiation source is made from two capsules, of which the external one is manufacturable from stainless steel welded up with argon arc welding process and the internal one is made from titanium welded up with laser welding process. The latter contains also selenium in metal form repeatedly pressed to achieve density of not less than 3 g/cm3 and exposed to heat neutron radiation in reactor under condition of constant discharge of heat. The heat neutron flow density is equal to at least 1015 N/cm2•s. Selenium is separated on gas centrifuge cascade with respect to 74SeF6 molecule to obtain stable selenium-74 isotope which contents being equal to at least 96%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of radiation control.
