FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: in a hose-type gamma-ray flaw detector there is an adapter with a socket for connecting a guide tube connector having, in corresponding slide guides of a transverse-movable channel axis, a movable spring-loaded lamellar gate which is a transverse support, the gate having in its end surface an irregularly shaped opening which enables to insert and block the profiled annular cavity of the guide tube connector in the socket of the connected adapter when opening a locking device which is structurally interfaced with a cam which provides force closure and holds the lamellar gate in a strictly fixed state, wherein the profiled recess on the outer end surface of the locking link of a discretely movable flat-topped cross-arm, kinematically linked with a wedge-shaped seal, is coordinated by its profiled recess adaptively to the transverse support of the gate, which ensures discrete movements of the flat-topped cross-arm and a safe operating cycle for releasing and shutting off a radiation beam.
EFFECT: high reliability and safety of the hose-type flaw detector.
