FIELD: thermal power stations; direct-blow starting of boilers without intermediate pulverized-coal bunker. SUBSTANCE: pulverized-coal system has two series-connected pulverized-coal concentrators 5 and 6; concentrated-mixture connections 7 and 8 are combined to form annular clearance between them; additional burner 10 is inserted in connection 8 along flow direction; connection 7 is joined to main burner 9 of boiler furnace 19. When boiler is started up by means of burner 10, connection 8 is heated to redness and when finely dispersed coal is fed to it, primary combustion occurs and fire spreads to coarsely dispersed fuel in connection 7 when coarsely dispersed pulverized coal is fed to it. Coarse pulverized coal is heated due to burn-out heat of finel pulverized coal releasing combustible gases which ugnite and kindle coke base burning out in main burner 9. Concentrator 6 is swivel chamber with separating member 15 installed at its entrance and made in the form of crosspiece with two connections whose ends are joined with housing. Separating member 15 prevents pulverized fuel rotation about its axis in direction of its motion and aids in its separation against outer walls of housing due to dust separation from flow running about separator 15. Exit section of connection 8 inserted into connection 7 is arranged from bottom upwards with beveled end affording aerodynamic shadow for finely dispersed pulverized fuel flame to prevent its separation. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
