FIELD: heat-and-power engineering; dust-pulverization equipment for boilers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with heat-and-power engineering and may be used to kindle boilers. The boiler dust-pulverization system contains: a cyclone dust concentrator, a branch-pipe of the concentrated mixture of which is linked with a kindling up burner, and a discharge pipe - with an above located burner; a crumbler-ventilating fan linked by pulverized-coal ducts with gates with a tangential inlet branch-pipe of the cyclone dust concentrator and the above located burner, under which there is a gas-collecting window with a gas-intake bucket. The discharge pipe through its outlet branch-pipe for delivery of fine-grained dust is linked through a gate and the gas-collecting bucket with the body of the above located burner at an acute angle to the axis of the burner with formation of a slit type clearance between the branch-pipe of delivery of the fine-grained dust and a wall of the burner body, above which in parallel to the axis of the burner there is a rack at the inlet of the flow with a screen bent in the direction of the slit type clearance, fastened by the lateral butts in the burner body. The invention allows to exclude plops and explosions in the hot-water furnace of the boiler at an overshoot of the unburnt dust into the furnace, as well as delay of kindling of a fine-grained dust.
EFFECT: the invention ensures exclusion of plops and explosions in the boiler hot-water furnace at an overshoot of the unburnt dust into the furnace, as well as a delay of kindling of a fine-grained dust.
