FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has dust concentrator 6 whose concentrated- mixture outlet pipe 7 is connected to hollow vane 9 of swirler 10; vane 9 is brought into hollow insert 11; vanes 12 and 13 communicate with hot air and additional liquid or gaseous fuel line with ignition torch inserted in hollow insert 11 through vane 13. Additional fuel burning in hollow insert 11 during starting period of fuel pulverizing system initiates ignition of concentrated mixture entering hollow vane 9 as well as ignition of entire fuel-air mixture in burner 18 thereby preventing loss of flame at varying loads and improving fuel burn up conditions as upstream of burner 18 fuel is subjected to heat treatment while passing about hollow insert 11 and then partially burns out in the latter; after that it passes through flame again and enters hollow insert 11; both times it is treated with hot flue gases. EFFECT: facilitated starting of boiler furnace burners and improved stabilization of combustion. 3 dwg
