FIELD: manufacturing of vacuum devices with field emission. SUBSTANCE: device has current conducting housing, which is filled with inter-metal working medium, which contains cast spherical granules of gallic alkali metals. Granules are protected by gallic cover. Gallic compounds may contain Na₂₂Ga₃₉ or AGa₃, where A=K, Rb, Cs. Gallic protection cover is produced by dumping granules with said compounds to water, which top layer has temperature of 30-95 C, while bottom layer has temperature of 0-10 C.
