FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a housing with a chain, embracing a tube, a drive mechanism for moving a disc tool relative to the tube. The housing has a groove, passing along an arc of a circle. A carriage, carrying the tool, is arranged in that groove. The carriage is being controlled by a drive mechanism, mounted on the housing. Two rocking traverse bars, each being in the form of a two-arm lever, carrying on its one arm the cutting tool with its rotation drive, are mounted on the carriage. A second arm of each traverse bar is joined by an articulation joint assembly with a power cylinder, controlling operation of the traverse bars and realizing a cut-in of the tool. The rotation drive of each tool is in the form of a hydraulic motor with a reduction gear. Supporting rollers are mounted on lower ends of the traverse bars.
