FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: the stock comprises still bottoms after rectification of vinyl chloride. They are chlorinated at 45-80 C in bottoms solvent after rectification of 1,2-dichloroethane. The reaction is initiated with peroxide composition based on butyl cellosolve and fatty acid fraction. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.
