FIELD: microwave devices. SUBSTANCE: device has first waveguide for input of microwaves and second waveguide, where heated dielectric product is located. Both waveguides have common wall, where coupling units are located. Coupling units are designed as grid of metal conductors. Grid transparency for microwave electromagnetic field increases from at most 0.1 to at least 0.2 factor. Lowest factor of transparency is in point where microwaves are entered, greatest factor of transparency is in point where microwaves are output.
