FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: tool set has vessel (of round, rectangular, square or other section) with narrow throat and product volume limiting device. Device is made in the form of weight composed of one or n-parts or combination of these parts, and a set of stop gaskets. Upper row of stop gaskets is supposed to be in contact with narrowing portion of container inner surface. It is advisable that weight parts and stop gaskets be made from wood, plastic or faience. Tool set is convenient in usage and maintenance and allows sufficient retaining of product under brine (or juice) layer to be effectuated and conditions for any can throat closing methods and product pasteurization to be provided.
